Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. This includes order verification, tailoring (if applicable), quality checks, and packaging.
Delivery Time
After processing, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur during public holidays or due to logistical factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
- Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount (if applicable).
- Any ongoing shipping offers or promotions will be visible during checkout.
Tracking Information
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using our courier partner’s tracking page.
Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and provide refunds only for the following reasons:
- Product is damaged
- Product is defective
- Product is incorrect (does not match description or variant)
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items must be reported for return within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
Some items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective:
- Final Sale Items
- Seasonal/Festive Collection Items
- Personalized Products
- Items bought using Store Credit
Such products will be clearly marked with tags like:
Sale Category: Final Sale / Festive Season Item / Personalized Item

Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at culturedress@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include:
- Order Number
- Mobile Number
- Email used at purchase
- Brief description of the issue
Package Open Video – Mandatory
A video of the unboxing is required for any return or refund claim.
- The video must show the sealed package, full opening process, and visible damage or defect (if applicable).
- Claims without unboxing video may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Coruier charged will be deducted on final refund amount.
- Refunds take 5–14 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Product Mismatch & Damaged Products
- If the product is different from what was shown or arrives damaged, you are eligible for a refund.
- Please report the issue immediately with supporting evidence.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Currently, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled by the customer.
However, we may cancel an order in the following cases:
- Product is out of stock
- Product is undeliverable to your location
In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
